[VIDEO] Baristas tell new Starbucks CEO: equal paid parental leave is vital

The incoming CEO of Starbucks, Kevin Johnson, is starting his new job this week. That's why Starbucks baristas joined with PL+US to put together a video welcoming him and reminding him why he should make equitable parental leave a top priority.

Starbucks’ paid parental leave policy leaves out barista dads and adoptive parents -- and it provides substantially less leave for barista moms compared to moms who work in the corporate office.

Starbucks is seen as a leader in the corporate responsibility movement. It's time for the coffee chain that claims to value families to show its support for ALL families. Share this video and help our campaign to win equitable paid family leave for Starbucks baristas.
